- You do. While the Founding Seller window is open, every inquiry submitted on your listings goes straight to you — a buyer who inquired on your property found you, not us. Your phone number is on every listing too, so buyers who would rather call you do. When the window closes you get 60 days' notice, and your listings stay free either way.
- As many as you want, free. There is no listing cap, and nothing to upgrade to in order to be seen.
- The Creative Marketplace isn't an escrow service — buyers pay you (or your title company) directly. We are a marketplace that connects creative-finance sellers with creative-finance buyers.
- No — it's optional. If you add one, it's displayed on your listings so buyers can call you directly; that display is free and permanent. If you'd rather not show a number, leave it off — buyers can always reach you through the Inquire button either way.
