Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
When you ask us to introduce you to a real-estate professional, we share your name, email, phone number, and what you’re looking for with one professional so they can help you — and they may compensate us for that introduction. Because money can change hands, we treat that as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. This page is how you tell us to stop.
What opting out does and doesn’t do
- We stop sharing that email address’s information with any professional, permanently, until you tell us otherwise.
- You keep full use of the site — searching, saving listings, and contacting sellers directly all work exactly the same. We don’t charge you, limit you, or degrade your experience for opting out.
- It doesn’t undo an introduction already made. If a professional has already been connected with you, contact them directly to be removed from their records, and email us if you need help.
- It isn’t a deletion request. To have your information deleted, email support@thecreativemarketplace.com.
We only ever share your details with a professional when you submit a form that says so in a disclosure printed directly above its button. This page is here for changing your mind afterwards, or for stopping it before you ever submit one.
You can also send the request by email to support@thecreativemarketplace.com, or have an authorised agent submit it for you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on requests other than opting out. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
