Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The Creative Marketplace may share or sell the information you give us — your name, email, phone, and what you are looking for — with sellers, real estate professionals, lenders, and partners who can help you find or finance a property. We do not share it for advertising. You can opt out here at any time, for free, and keep full use of the site.
Anything you sent us before September 24, 2026 is not shared or sold this way. It was collected under an earlier policy that said we would not, and that still holds.
What opting out does and doesn’t do
- We keep your opt-out on file permanently, until you tell us otherwise, and we check it before we share or sell your information with anyone other than the seller of a listing you contacted. Add your phone number as well as your email and we will match on either one.
- You keep full use of the site — searching, saving listings, and contacting sellers directly all work exactly the same. We don’t charge you, limit you, or degrade your experience for opting out.
- It doesn’t reach a seller you already contacted. Your inquiry went to them because you sent it; contact them directly to be removed from their records, and email us if you need help.
- It isn’t a deletion request. To have your information deleted, email support@thecreativemarketplace.com.
You can also send the request by email to support@thecreativemarketplace.com, or have an authorised agent submit it for you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on requests other than opting out. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
