2. Step 2

   We find you a money partner

   We show your deal to real investors and lenders who do this every day. Each one tells us the kind of deals they want. We don't run the deal or take any of the money.

3. Step 3

   They reach out — usually in 1–2 days

   Direct conversation between you and the partner — from there the deal is between the two of you. We make the introduction; we are not part of the transaction and don't manage, monitor, or close it.
