2. Step 2

   We look for a money partner

   We show your deal to investors and lenders in our network. Each one tells us the kind of deals they want, and we pass your request to the ones that fit. They're independent — we don't vet or endorse them, run the deal, or take any of the money.

3. Step 3

   If one fits, they reach out

   Direct conversation between you and the partner — from there the deal is between the two of you. We make the introduction; we are not part of the transaction and don't manage, monitor, or close it.
