Free to list. Pay only per lead.
List as many properties as you have — no cap, no card. Agents pay per buyer we send them, and nobody else gets that buyer — no subscription, no contract.
Sellers
Every listing is free, with no cap on how many you post, and your phone number is on every one. Founding Seller adds the software layer free while the window is open: your portfolio in one place, and every buyer who inquires coming straight to you.

Agents pay per lead — never a subscription
Coming soonPro isn't live yet. This is the model it launches with: you pay per buyer lead, and that lead goes to you and nobody else. You'll fund a prepaid balance, and matched leads will deliver themselves with full contact info. No monthly minimum, no contract, no territory fee. We are still setting the rate.
We open one market at a time — the list sets the order.
- 1
Join free
We talk to you first and confirm you are licensed and actually work creative finance in your market. No form-and-forget — every Pro is someone we have spoken to.
- 2
Your first match arrives as a teaser
Buyer's first name and the whole picture — property, price band, financing type, down-payment range, their message. No contact info yet.
- 3
Load a wallet to reveal it
Pick a load amount. That teaser is yours immediately. If you want the same amount to reload automatically later, that's a box you tick — never the default.
- 4
Matched leads deliver themselves
Every lead that fits your criteria arrives with full contact info and debits your balance once. No claiming, no unlock window, no racing another agent.
Wallet loads
Agents pay per lead — no subscription, no contract, no monthly minimum, and nothing at all in a month we send you nobody. We are still setting the rate. Join the Pro waitlist and you will hear it before it is published.
How the wallet will bill
BuildingWallets aren't live yet. These are the terms they'll launch with — written down now so nothing changes on you later.
- Auto-recharge is off unless you turn it on. We never store-and-charge a card on our own say-so — you tick a box, and the amount and trigger are on screen before you do.
- You get an email or text on every recharge. Every one.
- One click turns auto-recharge off in your dashboard, and you can set your own monthly spend cap.
- Run the balance to zero and delivery simply pauses — we email you what you're missing so you can decide. Never negative, never billed later, never a surprise charge to restart.
Pricing FAQs
- No — search, contact, saved listings, and new-listing alerts are free for buyers, permanently. Saving a search or turning on alerts needs a free account so we know where to send them; browsing never does. We monetize the supply and demand professionals, never the person trying to find a home.
- Nothing, on any number of listings — we are never going to charge you for adding inventory. Every listing is fully searchable, never hidden behind a paywall, and ranked on the same terms as every other. What we gate is quality, not price: a signed listing authorization, complete property details, contact info kept out of the listing body, and freshness rules so stale inventory expires.
- All of it, at no cost, for as long as the window is open: unlimited listings, every inquiry on those listings routed straight to you, a portfolio page with share links, buyer messaging in one thread, spreadsheet and CSV bulk upload, property analytics on every listing, and up to 2 logins. Every one of those is built and working today — this is not a waitlist. What you are trading for it is being early, on a marketplace still building its buyer side, and telling us what is broken while we can still fix it cheaply.
- We are not putting an end date on it, because we do not have one — this stays open while we are still building the buyer side, and that is not a matter of weeks. When it does change you get 60 days' written notice, and we are not going to quote you a future price today because we have not set one; making one up would be worse than saying this. Here is the part that should make the decision easy: your listings stay free forever either way. If the number we land on is not for you, you do nothing and keep listing free — you just go back to a plain listing without the software layer. There is no contract, no card on file, and nothing to cancel.
- You do. While the Founding Seller window is open, every inquiry on your listings goes straight to you — a buyer who inquired on your property found you, not us, and we don't stand between you. Your phone number is on every listing too, so buyers who'd rather call do. When the window closes, exclusive delivery becomes part of a paid plan — you get 60 days' notice first, and your listings stay free either way.
- No — never. A seller pays us nothing today, and even when a paid plan exists it will be software, not leads. Inquiries on your own listings are yours — that's the Founding Seller promise and it costs nothing. What agents pay for is different inventory: buyers who came to us and told us what they're looking for without ever landing on a specific property. Nobody's listing produced those, so they're ours to route. A lead never crosses between the two.
- Per lead — no subscription, no monthly minimum, no contract, no territory fee. You fund a prepaid balance and each delivered lead debits it. We have not published the rate yet because Pro is not open; join the Pro waitlist and you will hear it first. What we will say now is that exclusive buyer leads elsewhere in real estate commonly run $75–120, and we intend to come in well under that while we build the buyer side.
- A real, named buyer who told us what they're looking for — their area, budget, and financing type — plus their contact details. It is not an inquiry on somebody's listing; those belong to the seller. It does not mean we confirmed their down payment or pre-qualified them financially. We would rather undersell what you're getting than have you find out the hard way what it doesn't cover.
- Wallets aren't live yet — these are the terms they'll launch with. Auto-recharge is off unless you switch it on: you tick a box, and the amount and the trigger are shown before you do. Leave it off and nothing is ever charged automatically — your balance runs to zero, delivery pauses, and we email you what you're missing so you can decide. Turn it on and you'll get an email or text on every single recharge, a one-click off switch in your dashboard, and your own monthly spend cap. Your balance never goes negative and you are never billed for anything after the fact.
- Bad-lead credits ship with the wallet, which isn't live yet. Once it is: a wrong number, a dead line, or someone who demonstrably isn't a buyer will earn a credit back to your wallet within the review window. The one thing we ask in return is that you update the lead's status within 72 hours — the credit policy depends on those updates, because they're also how we prove close rates.
- Founding Seller is live right now. Agent wallets are not taking payment yet — we're finishing the billing setup, and nothing on this page charges a card until it's done.
