- Yes. List your property free, up to 2 active listings, and we'll publish it within 24 hours. Every inquiry on your listing is yours — we never share your leads with Pros or other sellers. Upgrade to Pro ($149/mo) when you want more listings, priority placement, and real-time SMS alerts.
- More of everything: 10 active listings (vs 2 on Free), real-time SMS notifications within 60 seconds of a buyer inquiring, priority search placement, the Pro seller badge, and lead source analytics. Your leads are always exclusively yours on every tier — Pro is about reach and speed, not exclusivity. Most sellers upgrade after their first listing gets attention and they want more volume.
- Either close, mark sold, or expire an existing listing to free up a slot, or upgrade to the next tier (Team for up to 20, Enterprise for unlimited). We send you an email at 80% of your cap so you can decide ahead of time. No surprise charges — your card is only charged the published monthly rate.
- Yes — upgrade any time and you'll be prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, so you don't lose features you've already paid for. Cancel any time, no penalty.
- Pros are agents, investors, wholesalers, title companies, and attorneys who pay for buyer leads in their target cities. Their leads come from inventory The Creative Marketplace sources and advertises itself, plus buyers who come to us directly to find a deal — never from a seller's own listing. Pricing is per-city per-month with hard monthly lead caps so unit economics stay predictable. Lenders and licensed mortgage originators (RMLOs) are different: leads are for creative-finance transactions only (seller financing, subject-to, lease-purchase, wraps) and may not be used to originate a traditional or federally-related mortgage loan. Their access is a flat monthly advertising fee, never priced per lead and never tied to whether a loan closes — we don't broker mortgages or take referral fees for settlement services.
- Never. Pro Starter and Growth offer annual plans with a 20% discount. Entry and Custom plans are monthly (Custom is negotiated directly). Seller plans (Pro, Team) are monthly-only. You can cancel any time.
