Who is this for?
Sellers who want their property in front of buyers but don't want to write copy, take photos, or screen tire-kickers. Most of our concierge sellers have 1–3 properties and a day job.
Can I still negotiate directly?
Yes. Once a buyer is real, we hand the conversation to you (or stay on the thread, your call). You always own the final price + structure decision.
How fast does it go live?
Most concierge listings publish within 48 hours of the intake call — pending photos coming back. Admin review is same-day in most cases.
